Questioning, an intuitive or man made Nigerian culture.(part 1?

What is this one saying? What is he talking about? Which kind post Ne this one sef?
These are the first questions that pop into an average Nigerians head on seeing the "title" instead of opening and reading the post to see if it is in line with its topic or holds the message it claims to have.
Several cases of such behavior can be experienced in a singular act of questioning an average Nigerian. The same answer would be gotten from a number of them been questioned.
